Privacy policy

Summary
TacticalPro doesn't ask you for an account. Everything you create in the app is saved only on your device and isn't sent to any server. We only receive personal data if you choose to send us feedback through the form or write to us. We only count visits anonymously, without cookies, to know how many people use the website and the app.
Anonymous visit count
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many times the website and the board are opened, from which country and on what type of device and browser.
- It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, doesn't identify you and doesn't follow you across other websites. We only see totals, never who you are.
- Nothing is counted when you use the app offline.

What data the app stores
- Your plays, boards, sessions and settings (for example, player colours or the watermark).
- They are saved in the local storage of your browser or the app, on your own phone, tablet or computer.
- We have no access to that information. If you clear the app's data or uninstall it, it is deleted.
What we don't do
- There is no sign-up or login.
- We don't use advertising, cookies or trackers that identify you.
- We don't sell your data or share it with anyone, except as explained in «Feedback and «Like»».
- We don't ask for permission to access your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
Images and videos you export
When you export a play as a PNG image or an MP4 video, the file is created on your device. You decide whether to save it or share it (for example, on WhatsApp). The app doesn't upload it anywhere.
Third-party services
The app and this website are hosted on GitHub Pages, load the Montserrat font from Google Fonts and the anonymous counter from Cloudflare. The feedback form and the «Like» counter are sent to Google (Apps Script). When these files are downloaded, those services may see basic technical connection data, such as your IP address, as with any website. You can read their policies: GitHub and Google and Cloudflare.
Feedback and «Like»
- «Like». We don't ask for any data. We only store the total number. Your browser remembers that you already liked it with a flag and a random identifier stored on your device, and our server uses that identifier for a few hours to slow down repeated clicks. We don't link it to you.
- «Help us improve TacticalPro» form. If you send it, we store your email, your answers, the boxes you tick, the language and the date. They are kept in a private Google spreadsheet in the TacticalPro account, and we receive an email notification with your answer. Google acts as the provider of that service.
- We use your email to reply to you. Only if you tick the boxes do we also use it to invite you to the Android test (in that case we give Google Play your Google account email so you can get access) or to send you news.
- Your answers are not published. If we ever want to show a comment as a testimonial, we will ask for your permission first.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or stop receiving news, at any time by writing to tacticalproapp@gmail.com.
If you write to us
If you join the community or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your address or number and your message. We only use them to reply to you and, if you ask, to tell you about new features or invite you to test the app. We don't share them with anyone, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to tacticalproapp@gmail.com.
The «TacticalPro · Entrenadores» WhatsApp group is optional. If you join, the other members of the group can see your name and number, as in any WhatsApp group. You can leave whenever you like.
Children
The app doesn't collect personal data. The feedback form is meant for adults; if you are under age, ask a parent or guardian for permission before sending it.
